Last Bottle Wine Company has been an amazing addition to my wine collection for someone who loves to be thrifty with their money. During the pandemic, I wanted to different wine subscriptions. I tried maybe 3 or 4 wine subscriptions, but Last Bottle was definitely the winner.

Generally, the 3-4 wine subscriptions had it’s pros and cons, but I didn’t love how you have to get bottles each month. You also don’t get to control potentially the quality of the wine.

So, why do I like Last Bottle? Let’s go through the pros and cons.

I love that Last Bottle provides just one bottle a day, and when it’s gone, it’s gone. This makes the wine buying experience much more enjoyable.

The Price Can Be Awesome

Secondly, I got a number of really good bottles at a great price when compared to both online prices and wine shop prices. Check out these Oslo Napa Cabernets that I received at $35 per bottle.

Fun Events Such As the Mystery Cases

I love when Last Bottle has such events as the Mystery Case or the Last Bottle Spring Marathon March Madness where there are so many bottles at lightening deals. You also generally get free shipping and they group the bottles together at the end. It’s amazing.

Cons of Last Bottle

When you see the price on Last Bottle and you use a product like Vivino, sometimes the price comparison doesn’t match the website.

For example, check this Grand Napa Cabernet Sauvignon that Last Bottle pegs the retail price at $135. Is this a $135 bottle for over 50% off?

While that may be the retail price, check out the below Vivino price check that pegs that bottle just over $50.
