How to Cancel Spokeo in 2-3 Minutes

For my company, I used Spokeo for a short time, and realized that some of the data just wasn’t working for me. So, I decided this past week to cancel Spokeo. Unfortunately, it’s a 3 month subscription, so I will have to wait another 75 days.

Here are the steps to cancel Spokeo:

  1. Login to your account and visit the Accounts page
  2. Click on Manage Your Account
  3. Click on the “Cancel” Button.
  4. Once you cancel, you should receive a cancellation email like the one I received below.
  5. If you have any issues, you can email CustomerCare@spokeo.com, call  1 (888) 906-0849, or utilize Spokeo’s live chat: https://www.spokeo.com/contact
