Today’s quote is in honor of Cesar Chavez whose birthday is today. What an excellent principle on leadership. If the leader doesn’t give everything, how can he expect his people to give anything at all? What a powerful concept! If the boss is late to work and doesn’t seem to care, how can he expect his workers to show up to work on time?

Leaders should be a great example to follow. That’s what a leader is. Someone who has followers. A title does not make a leader. A leader must earn respect.
