Did They Say That? Don’t Eat Money
“Only when the last tree has died and the last river been poisoned and the last fish been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.”
Cree Indian Proverb
That’s funny because it’s so true. Money has no value except what we give it. Or what society gives it. Or what someone puts a value on it for. Think back to Katrina. Money didn’t do any good and was worthless during that crisis. If you had clean water and food, you were rich. Dollar bills were meaningless and so was gold.
Sometimes it doesn’t take money to change someone’s life. Giving your time, your talents, your skills, your “whatever” can help someone out and mean a whole lot more than just giving money. The lack of money shouldn’t be a reason not to give.

Thats very true. The greatest gift you can give is your time. I know thats something that I have very little of it seems like these days. But I try to give back as much as possible. Actually I just wrote about this very thing on my other blog http://www.youreverydaychristian.com
