With all the bank failures recently, I keep thinking "I'm glad my money is with Bank of America!" It just seems so solid and safe. So I wonder if they're just being bombarded with people who are afraid of their bank failing and want to switch to a place that seems more secure. It's sad that it's affecting their customer service, though. I'm not surprised.
