Did They Say That? Do Something for Someone Who Can’t Repay You

“You have not lived a perfect day, even though you have earned your money, unless you have done something for someone who will never be able to repay you.”

Ruth Smeltzer

This is one of the basic premises of the Christian faith. Giving. Jesus came to give his life for us. God gave his only son. Christians are to give. Give your smile today. Give your time today. Give to God today. Today is the day that the Lord has made so let us be glad and rejoice in it!

It is such a joy to be in a position to give. Giving (or loving) without expecting anything in return is true unconditional love. To help someone without the means to repay you is true unconditional love. Do something for someone on purpose. You will be blessed for it!

Amen brother! I love this, in fact I am getting ready to roll out a giving project that I am excited to be a part of… Giving is what makes life worth living… Look at that I am a poet and I didn’t even know it ;)
