Happy Veterans Day!

Happy Veterans Day to you all! Hope you’re all enjoying your day off (if you get one). I know I am! Although, technically, Veteran’s Day is on November 11 each year. Most federal and state workers (as well as most schools) have the day off today since it landed on Sunday this year.

Veterans Day is in remembrance of the signing of the armistice that ended World War I on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918. Please remember to throw up a prayer for all of the veterans who have served in the past and those who are serving right now around the world. If you know a veteran, thank them for their service. They really went through a lot to protect our freedom here in the United States. Have a blessed Veterans Day!
